As part of our registration and renewal processes, the NDIS Commission assesses the suitability of our key personnel to deliver NDIS supports and services.
- We have demonstrated compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards for our relevant registration groups including through a quality audit
- We comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct in our organisation and we support our employees to meet the requirements
- We have an in-house complaints management and resolution system to record and manage any complaints we receive and support NDIS participants or other relevant concerned parties to make a complaint
- we have an in-house incident management system, and notify the NDIS Commission should a reportable incident occur
- We have fulfilled worker screening requirements and ensure all workers have been screened
